Our Vision for Inclusion
At St. Aidan’s, we strive to employ an inclusive approach in everything we do, where children are able to learn, play and grow together, despite their differences. We believe that St. Aidan’s is a family where every child, adult and member of our community is welcome and empowered to challenge themselves. We intend to provide a safe and enriching learning environment so that all children can excel, from their individual starting points. We take well-being and happiness seriously and deliver an education that nurtures children in preparation to be the men and women of tomorrow.

- Ensuring lessons and learning experiences are of the highest quality for every pupil and assessment is used to make learning and teaching highly effective and help everyone understand how to improve.
- Establishing strong relationships with parents and the wider community with effective communication.
