Mental Health & well-being
At St Aidan’s Catholic Primary Academy, we understand the importance of wellbeing and are committed to supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of our children, staff and parents. We know that challenges may arise and this can make us vulnerable at times and may need emotional support to ensure mental healthiness.
These themes are embedded across our curriculum and through PSHE lessons.
